identity theft.help?

okay my retarded nieighbor stole my purse and in it…it had my social security card,birth certifacte and insurance card….and its been missing for almost and he keeps denying about taking it..then it just came out the other day he still has all of it….he’s 19 and im only 17..and i wanna know is there anyway i can find out if he’s ruined my credit..or got a credit card in my name& went about things tht way or got it in his name with my ssn…can someone please help…im pressing identity theft charges when i get back in state!!
i dont live with my parents anymore i moved out after graduation..all this happened last september…and its just coming out now about where it is…or where it was,how do i go about electronic tracking &contacting better business bureao…see im outta state @my grandparents7 wont be back in my hometown nor to my parents til next week…and even tho my neighbor is a junkie..he’s smart with computers,stealing,money7things of tht nature….
i know it was him cz he’s my neighbor and i was with him tht day he took me to my bfs house and we all rode around for awhile and wen we got bak to my bfs house i judt left my purse in the jeep cz he was gonna take me back home l8r tht night and time passed we were all goofing off inside and l8r on he left and i stayed the night but by time it hit me about my purse he had done gone down the road and me and my bf and his mom serached the house from top to bottom and it was not there..and my bf said its not here its in the back of his jeep..and i couldnt call him cz his mom took his cell phone away..and the next day we went over there asking him about and and i told my mom about it tht night so she could go get it bt it was gone he said he never saw it..and my neighbor is a drug head..he’ll take w/e he can get his hands on…so his lil cousins told on him about it wen he got drunk one night and told tj his lil cousin about it……idk wt2do im only 17,just graduated bak n may…some1HELP
