What to do when your identity get’s stolen 1. Find out as much as possible about the person that did it, address phone # name 2. Find out the company that sent the debt to collections and report to them the fraud 3. File a Police report 4. Prepare to send a letter to the company requesting the collection/debt be taken off of your credit report. 5. Press Charges if you can
